About the role
Reckitt is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Finance Manager to lead and manage key Intercompany (ICO) charge processes across our global operations. This role is critical in ensuring the accurate, timely calculation, validation, and posting of ICO charges, maintaining compliance and integrity throughout.
The ideal candidate will have a strong accounting background, preferably with experience in transfer pricing (TP). Success in this role requires the ability to collaborate effectively with finance, accounting, tax, and business teams to support global compliance and deliver robust transfer pricing adjustments.
Key Responsibilities
- Calculate Y% pricing and manage buy/sell true ups & factory true ups.
- Manage distribution fees, warehousing costs, factory artwork, and other intercompany recharges.
- Lead the Statutory accounts preparation for the Reckitt Health entity.
- Review and approve intercompany recharges in Blackline.
- Manage month-end activities, including journal approvals and ensuring timely intercompany lock.
- Work closely with Tax, Transfer Pricing, and Financial Controllers to review and validate ICO process.
- Support annual audit of intercompany processes and hard close activities.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for business units regarding ICO charge queries and clarifications.
- Drive continuous improvement in ICO charge execution, ensuring compliance with global finance policies, transfer pricing documentation, and audit requirements.
Skills & Experience
- Degree qualified; professional accounting qualification (CIMA, ACCA, ACA) strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years in finance or accounting roles.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and cost allocation processes. Exposure to Transfer Pricing principles is a significant advantage.
- Familiarity with SAP and Blackline ICO module is desirable.
- Strong strategic thinking and structured problem-solving ability, with a talent for simplifying complexity.
- Proven ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders within CHQ or global/regional finance leadership.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and storytelling skills.
- Background in managing global processes, audits, or business partnering is preferred.
