Portico are on the lookout for an experienced Front of House Manager to oversee our team based within an iconic multi-occupied building in the City.
The successful Front of House Manager will oversee both the Ground Floor Reception team, as well as the Front of House team who champion the welcome for the exclusive viewing gallery at the top of the building.
They will need to work well within a busy, team-orientated environment and have a natural ability to evaluate priorities, implement efficiencies and coordinate different departments and services to deliver an exceptional and seamless experience for customers.
As the site lead, the Front of House Manager will manage key relationships with all stakeholders within the building, including all service partners and the client. As well as leading on delivering agreed service levels and managing the sustainability roadmap within this fast moving and ever-changing operation.
Working Hours: 40 hours per week from 8am-5pm predominantly, with flexibility for evenings and weekends.
Salary: £44,362 per annum
The ideal candidate for the FOH Manager role will need to have excellent communication, administration, and organisational skills. They will be technically capable, with the ability to understand and work with the variety of software applications that support our spaces and customers, and a self-starter who is keen to share their ideas and innovations to support the growth of the contract.
Above all, the successful candidate will be considered an expert in customer experience management and have a proven track record of achieving outstanding customer satisfaction.
Experience in a similar type of role is essential.
