JOB PURPOSE:

As a Graphic Designer within Burberry Beauty, you’ll contribute to the development of bespoke packaging (primary and secondary), print collateral, event and experience design, and technical artwork for global campaigns. You’ll partner closely with designers, art directors, architects and cross‑functional teams to interpret and execute the Burberry Beauty creative direction.

The role is ideal for someone with a love for printed design, packaging, materials, craft and storytelling and an interest in product design or 3D (experience is a plus but not essential).

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Research and develop concepts across multiple projects, contributing creative ideas and design solutions.
  • Produce high‑quality creative work for internal reviews, external approvals and wider creative discussions.
  • Collaborate with graphics, digital, art direction and architecture teams throughout the design process.
  • Liaise with graphic designers and art directors to refine concepts and ensure alignment with brand direction.
  • Provide informed technical recommendations related to materials, finishes or artwork execution.
  • Create guideline documents for global advertising campaigns and brand projects.
  • Present creative concepts clearly and confidently in internal and external forums.
  • Receive and review licensee and third‑party prototypes, supporting the Lead Designer on sign‑off.

 

PERSONAL PROFILE

  • 2+ years’ experience in a similar or relevant design role.
  • Experience within luxury, beauty or fashion sectors is advantageous.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills with a focus on clear, timely delivery.
  • Knowledge of design‑to‑production processes, prototyping, materials and finishes.
  • Creativity paired with a proactive approach to identifying challenges and proposing solutions.
  • Deep cultural awareness of design trends, visual culture and marketing landscape.
  • Ability to prioritise, multi‑task and maintain high standards in a fast‑moving environment.
  • Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
  • Confidence using Keynote for presentations.
