The role of Head of Trading Standards & Community Safety is a real opportunity to make a difference to the lives of our residents. Our Trading Standards team hosts the regional CEnTSA team which brings together 14 local authorities from the West Midlands to ensure that trading standards activity is coordinated across the region. Additionally, our team maintains a calibration service which carries out work for both UK and international clients and which provides vital income to support additional trading standards work in Warwickshire. Our Community Safety team have been successful in winning consecutive Safer Streets funding bids and continue to deliver successful partnership working. Together, the role of Head of Trading Standards & Community Safety provides a challenging and exciting leadership opportunity for potential candidates.
