Como Intake Planner en AB Agri, asegurarás el suministro continuo de materias primas a granel en nuestra fábrica de Fraga, planificando entregas y coordinando a diario con transportistas, puertos, terminales y proveedores. Gestionarás pedidos de compra y contratos, trabajando en estrecha colaboración con los equipos de compras, logística y fábrica para garantizar la continuidad de la producción. Formarás parte de una empresa internacional, con un entorno dinámico y oportunidades reales de desarrollo profesional.
Lo que harás:
- Planificar y programar semanalmente la entrada de materias primas a granel (cereales, soja, etc.) en base a las necesidades de la fábrica para asegurar la continuidad de producción y evitar paradas.
- Coordinar a diario el transporte por carretera de las entregas a granel, comunicándote con transportistas y proveedores (principalmente por email y teléfono) para confirmar cargas, horarios y entregas.
- Crear, emitir y gestionar las órdenes de compra de graneles en el sistema, manteniendo la información actualizada y alineada con los requerimientos operativos de la planta.
- Controlar matrículas y registrar correctamente cada camión para garantizar la trazabilidad completa de las entradas y cumplir con requisitos de compliance, calidad y seguridad.
- Hacer seguimiento de los contratos de compra de AB Neo Spain, asegurando que se van llamando los volúmenes a tiempo y evitando saldos pendientes o desajustes de volumen.
- Experiencia demostrable en logística y coordinación de transporte, con un requisito clave: haber gestionado flotas de camiones y ejecuciones de transporte en el día a día (planning/confirmación de cargas, seguimiento de rutas y entregas).
- Conocimiento práctico del mercado de graneles en España (cereales/soja), incluyendo el funcionamiento de puertos, terminales gestoras y operadores de transporte, así como los diferentes tipos de camión y su uso.
- Perfil muy metódico, organizado y estructurado, con alta atención al detalle para programar entregas semanales sin errores que puedan impactar la continuidad de la fábrica.
- Soltura con Excel y sistemas de gestión de pedidos para planificar, registrar y hacer seguimiento de órdenes de compra, matrículas, trazabilidad y volúmenes contratados.
- Capacidad para mantener y actualizar KPIs/indicadores (cumplimiento de fechas, calidad, performance de proveedores) y trabajar con datos de forma fiable
