We are seeking a motivated and experienced Telesales Supervisor to lead and support one of our telesales teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, mentoring team members, driving sales performance, and ensuring that targets are met in a fast-paced call centre environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate daily telesales activities, ensuring a high level of productivity and professionalism
  • Monitor calls and provide coaching to improve sales techniques, customer service, and compliance
  • Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews
  • Generate reports on team performance, sales metrics, and customer feedback
  • Handle escalated customer queries and complaints professionally and promptly
  • Motivate and support the telesales team to maintain high morale and a positive working environment
  • Collaborate with other departments (marketing, operations, etc.) to support campaigns and optimize sales strategies
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant industry regulations
  • Coach the sales team on selling techniques and best practices through “ride alongs” with each individual

 

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong leadership and team management skills 
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and motivational skills
  • Ability to analyse performance data and implement strategies for improvement
  • Proficient in CRM systems, MS Office suite and call centre software
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • High level of professionalism and customer focus

Desirable Experience

  • Experience in the automotive, construction or industrial supply sectors
  • Experience with telesales, preferably within a B2B environment
  • Previous experience supervising or mentoring a telesales team

  • Basic Salary of £33,300 with generous bonus scheme, OTE of £49,200
