We are looking for an IT Service Desk Analyst to join our team and provide reliable, customer‑focused technical support to colleagues across the business. In this role, you will be responsible for resolving technical issues, supporting a range of software and hardware, and ensuring users can work effectively with the technology they rely on each day.

 

You will work via our service desk platform, over the phone, and face‑to‑face, supporting staff across multiple locations and time zones. The role involves close collaboration with our Infrastructure & Technical Solutions and Cyber Security teams, giving you exposure to a wide range of systems and processes.

 

This position is well suited to someone who has a solid technical foundation, particularly with Azure and Office 365, and who enjoys problem‑solving in a fast‑paced environment. A proactive and organised approach, combined with strong communication skills, will be essential to delivering a consistent and high‑quality IT service.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing technical support to staff via the service desk, phone, and in‑person interactions
  • Following established processes and procedures to ensure consistent service delivery
  • Maintaining and contributing to IT documentation and knowledge bases
  • Delivering IT inductions for new starters and supporting onboarding activities
  • Installing, configuring, and upgrading hardware and software across the business
  • Logging all support requests and resolutions accurately within the service desk system
  • Managing and updating the inventory of IT hardware and software
  • Providing remote support to users across different time zones and assisting with IT requirements for meetings and events

Skills and Experience:

  • You have experience working in a fast‑paced IT support or service desk environment
  • You bring a technical background with knowledge of Azure, Office 365, and Windows 10/11
  • You are confident troubleshooting both hardware and software issues
  • You have experience managing users and groups in Azure and On‑Prem Active Directory
  • You hold basic PowerShell knowledge and understand device deployment through Microsoft Autopilot
  • You have strong organisational skills and can manage your workload effectively
  • You communicate clearly, manage expectations well, and remain calm under pressure
  • You take a proactive, customer‑focused approach and are committed to delivering high‑quality support
