Are you an inspiring educator with a passion for Chemistry and a commitment to learner success? Halesowen College is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Lecturer in Chemistry to join our forward-thinking and supportive Science department.
In this rewarding role, you will be responsible for the delivery of Chemistry to full-time and part-time students, creating a positive and inspirational learning environment that promotes curiosity, confidence, and high aspiration. You will design and deliver engaging schemes of work that embed ambition, inclusivity, diversity, respect and care, while also incorporating the development of English and Maths skills.
You’ll play a vital role in developing an inclusive curriculum and learning culture, producing course materials that are accessible, relevant, and linked to real-world employment opportunities where appropriate. Your teaching will be personalised to support individual learning journeys, helping students overcome barriers and achieve their full potential.
