PSMO brings together scholars working across management and organisation studies, to study work practices, the professions and the public services. Members explore some of the most complex and pressing issues faced by modern organisations, from the challenges of managing wicked public policy problems to the implications of new technologies for work and organising. We address these concerns by examining the ways in which organisations are rooted in broader social and political systems, structures, processes and practices. The Department runs two Masters programmes (MSc in Public Policy & Management; MSc in Management & Technological Change), and contributes to the full suite of undergraduate, postgraduate and executive education courses within the Business School.
King’s Business School is ambitious, successful and growing. We are looking for exceptional talent to strengthen all areas of the Business School at mid-career level and above (Reader/Professor). If you feel that having looked at the KBS Roadmap (link) you have something special to offer, please get in touch with the Executive Dean, Professor Stephen Bach at Business-EA@kcl.ac.uk
