About the Team and the Role
We are recruiting for an experienced Linux professional, ideally certified to Red Hat Certified Engineer, to work closely with our Mid-Range team providing support in a varied environment that consists of infrastructure that is on premise and hosted within the cloud.
You will help maintain the existing infrastructure, provide support and deliver high-quality, customer-focused, technical solutions that exceed our customer’s expectations.
We are looking for someone who will create, influence, and support an environment of innovation, self-learning, and continual improvement. Someone who wants to help drive forward the team through both personal development and customer delivery.
Some of the key aspects of the role are listed below, however training can be provided for the right candidate should they not have experience in some of the areas listed below:
Administration of RHEL Server Environments
Management of RHV virtualised environments
Managing IBM Storage Protect backup solution
Managing a Storage Area Network
Maintaining an Oracle Database Environment.
Implementing and maintaining Ansible Playbooks
Creation and maintaining bash and python scripts
