Summary:
The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for coordinating marine and logistics support for the company’s onshore and offshore operations. This role ensures that all logistics activities are executed safely, efficiently, and cost-effectively, in full compliance with applicable regulations, company policies, and HSE standards.
The position works closely with the HSE team to develop and implement safe working procedures, supports internal teams with marine and logistics requirements, and assists with marine-related procurement activities. During projects, the role supports construction, operations, and drilling activities in collaboration with Energean’s technical teams, contributing to the development and continuous improvement of logistics support procedures.
Key Accountabilities:
• Develop and maintain procedures and infrastructure required to support offshore and onshore marine operations.
• Support the tendering, evaluation, and selection of marine and logistics support contractors.
• Plan, coordinate, and manage support vessel schedules and activities both in port and offshore, including:
Berth allocation
Supervision of cargo loading and discharging
Fuel supply coordination
Disposal of liquids from offshore assets
• Manage all in-port bulk liquid operations, coordinating with relevant contractors and stakeholders.
• Manage company logistics-related equipment, including:
CCU fleet
Onshore lifting appliances
Hoses
• Support condensate offloading operations, including documentation management and coordination with tanker charterers, vessel owners, agents, customs agents, tugs, and support vessels.
• Manage contracts and contractor invoicing related to logistics and marine activities, including:
Chartered support vessels
Port-related vessel bills
CCUs
Lifting inspections
• Interface with internal departments to support cross-functional objectives and ensure effective logistics coordination.
• Participate as a member of the company’s Emergency Response Team.
Qualifications & Experience:
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work patiently and effectively with new systems and processes.
• Experience in port and marine operations.
• Proven experience in writing, reviewing, and maintaining operational procedures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• High level of proficiency in English and Hebrew.
• Familiarity with offshore oil and gas operations is an advantage.
• Experience with SAP and/or Maximo is an advantage.
• Forklift driver’s license is an advantage.
