Job Description
Join the IAM team with a strong focus on Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) using One Identity Manager.
You will manage identity lifecycle processes, application integrations, and governance workflows, contributing to a secure and compliant IAM environment.
Your key tasks
- Operate, maintain, and evolve One Identity Manager platforms
- Design, implement, and support Joiner / Mover / Leaver (JML) processes
- Manage workflows, role models, access policies, and certifications
- Integrate applications and target systems into the IGA platform
- Maintain synchronization, mappings, and job server operations
- Contribute to access control governance for privileged and non-privileged identities
- Monitor platform health, troubleshoot issues, and provide L2/L3 support
- Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and runbooks aligned with audit and compliance requirements
Qualifications
- Degree in IT or equivalent professional experience
- Strong hands-on experience with One Identity Manager
- Solid background in Identity Governance / IGA
- Knowledge of Active Directory, Azure AD / Entra ID, LDAP, and authentication concepts
- Working knowledge of SQL
- Strong documentation mindset and compliance awareness
- Fluent English
It would be a real bonus if you have
- Knowledge of One Identity Safeguard
- Proficiency in PowerShell, Terraform, and Ansible
- Italian
