Performance Manager
Barnet | £36,000 per annum | 42.5 hrs per week

We’re looking for a confident and commercially focused Performance Manager to take ownership of operational and people performance across our Barnet contract. 

In this leadership position you will be responsible for driving standards, challenging performance, and ensuring both people and processes deliver contract expectations. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring KPIs, service level agreements and commercial targets are achieved by managing performance at every level of the operation.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Leading performance management across the contract, ensuring KPIs and service levels are consistently met
  •  Monitoring enforcement activity and analysing trends to drive operational improvement
  • Managing and improving individual and team performance
  • Supporting, coaching managers and implementing corrective action plans
  • Reviewing operational processes and restructuring or refining them to improve efficiency and cost control
  • Supporting disciplinary processes in line with company policy
  • Producing clear, data-driven reports for senior management and the client
  • Identifying commercial risks and implementing preventative solutions
  • Supporting client meetings and maintaining strong working relationships with Barnet Council and stakeholders
  • Assisting in identifying business improvement and development opportunities

What We’re Looking For
  • Minimum two years’ management experience 
  • Strong experience of monitoring and reporting on KPIs 
  • Confident handling disciplinary and capability processes
  • Proven ability to analyse data and translate insight into action
  • Experience implementing operational or structural change
  • Experience in a client-facing environment
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office
  • Commercially aware and outcome-focused
  • Motivated by improvement, efficiency and measurable results
