Lead high‑impact technology transformation at enterprise scale. We are looking for a Technology Delivery Manager to drive some of the organisation’s most complex and strategically important change programmes across our Data & Analytics technologies, with an immediate focus on modernising our enterprise data platforms, enabling self-service analytics, and supporting the organisation’s transition to Microsoft Fabric–based capabilities.

This is a role for a proven delivery leader who thrives in dynamic environments, orchestrates multi‑team delivery at scale, and ensures major technology initiatives land successfully end‑to‑end.

Based in Sofia, you will work in a highly collaborative, international team, leading cross‑functional squads as they deliver large‑scale platforms, technology modernisation, and enterprise technology upgrades. You will apply Agile and hybrid delivery models to varying complexity initiatives, from simple initiatives all the way up to high‑complexity projects where clarity, control, and adaptability are equally important.

This role offers the opportunity to make a visible impact on how technology evolves across the organisation, influencing architecture, modernisation roadmaps, Agile maturity, and transformation delivery models. You will partner with senior stakeholders, uplift team capabilities, and ensure that every programme you own delivers measurable business value.

If you are motivated by complex technology challenges, international collaboration, and the opportunity to shape transformation at scale, this is an exceptional opportunity in Sofia’s growing technology and delivery leadership community.

What You Will Lead

  • End‑to‑end delivery of major technology transformation programmes within the Data & Analytics space, coordinating multiple teams, diverse functions, and complex delivery landscapes.
  • Agile and hybrid delivery excellence, applying the right level of structure and governance to ensure predictability while maintaining the speed and adaptability expected in modern, distributed delivery teams.
  • Engagement with senior IT and business leaders, clearly communicating scope, risks, decisions, and progress for programmes that have organisation‑wide impact.
  • Coaching and capability uplift, strengthening Agile maturity and building high‑performing teams across local and international locations.
  • Scaling delivery practices, embedding effective ways of working (Scrum, Kanban, hybrid models) across squads to support consistent, high‑quality execution.
  • Robust programme governance, including financials, steering groups, service transition, and risk/dependency management across multiple workstreams.
  • Development of business cases, delivery roadmaps and resource models, ensuring programmes are well‑structured, well‑aligned and set up for success.

What You Bring

  • Deep experience leading technology change and transformation programmes, ideally within complex or international organisations.
  • Expertise across Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) plus strong familiarity with Waterfall/hybrid delivery for structured initiatives.
  • Ability to manage multiple teams and stakeholders across geographies, ensuring clarity, alignment, and disciplined execution.
  • Strength in risk, dependency, and governance management across enterprise‑scale programmes.
  • A track record of improving delivery practices, building teams, and uplifting Agile maturity.
  • Confident communication skills, capable of influencing senior stakeholders and simplifying complex delivery topics.
  • Relevant degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Advanced Agile certification (e.g., SAFe SPC, A‑CSM) is an advantage.

Why join us:

  • Lead transformation at enterprise scale, driving some of the organisation’s most strategic Data & Analytics programmes — from modernising data platforms to enabling self‑service analytics and Microsoft Fabric adoption.
  • Shape how technology evolves, influencing architecture, delivery models, Agile maturity, and modernisation roadmaps while partnering directly with senior stakeholders across an international environment.
  • Make a visible impact in a high‑growth leadership role, orchestrating multi‑team delivery, uplifting capability, and guiding cross‑functional squads through complex, high‑value technology initiatives.
