AB Neo søger en Procurement Operational & Admin Support-medarbejder til at støtte de daglige indkøbsaktiviteter på vores danske site. Rollen har fokus på råvarer, ingredienser og emballage og indebærer tæt samarbejde med leverandører samt logistik-, produktions- og kvalitetsteams. Du bliver en del af en international og hurtigt voksende virksomhed inden for animalsk ernæring, med mulighed for bred erfaring inden for indkøb, supply chain og produktionsdrift.
Hvad du kommer til at arbejde med:
• Støtte indkøb af råvarer for at sikre kontinuerlig forsyning
• Forberede og understøtte håndtering af forespørgsler (RfX/RfQ)
• Understøtte flowet af kommerciel dokumentation for indgående varer
• Støtte styring af råvarelager for at understøtte AWC-målsætninger
• Overvåge lagerbeholdninger for at opretholde den rette balance
• Understøtte forhandlinger om priser og kontraktvilkår med leverandører
Hvad du bringer med:
• Solid praktisk erfaring med indkøb og levering af råvarer til en produktionsvirksomhed
• Erfaring med ERP-systemer samt Excel, PowerPoint, Word og MS Office
• Evne til effektiv styring af råvareindkøb og lagerkontrol
• Erfaring med at understøtte omkostningsreduktion og leverandørgodkendelsesprocesser
• Gode samarbejds- og kommunikationsevner på tværs af forretningsfunktioner
• En struktureret og systematisk tilgang til forbedring af indkøbsprocesser og -politikker efter best practice
• Gode kommunikationsevner og organisatoriske færdigheder til håndtering af leverandørrelationer
