This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with experience in the roadside assistance sector and a solid understanding of either B2C or B2B products.

As a Product Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our products meet FCA requirements and support strong consumer understanding. You’ll also help ensure alignment with the AA’s risk and governance culture, contributing to the delivery of safe, compliant, and customer-focused products.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for gathering and analysing key data to inform product decisions. You’ll review and update terms and conditions, approve marketing materials to ensure clarity and compliance, and present insights and recommendations to stakeholders across the business.

We’re looking for someone who brings a proactive mindset, strong attention to detail, and a passion for delivering products that truly meet customer needs.

What will I be doing?

  • Preparation of product and governance packs for regular forums – Product MBRs, underwriter forums, COF, POF Consumer Duty, Voice of the Customer, collating Consumer Duty stats for the Senior Product Manager to interpret and review each month.
  • POF and COF updates and actions – tracking and chasing them ahead of submission dates – keep a calendar of these which is regularly circulated.
  • Product register updates – continuous review and management of the live product register.
  • Supporting the preparation of annual product reviews – calendar/schedule of all these, tracker for what was submitted, when, outcomes, guidance/actions, etc.
  • Maintaining product terms and conditions, including managing a change log and the end-to-end process from draft through to fulfilment.
  • Supporting with content and planning for audits – customer and internal/external audits, liaising with other areas of the business about their content.
  • Ensure the products meet all regulatory requirements, continually reviewing and identifying opportunities for future improvements.
  • Foster trusted relationships across the business in order to efficiently identify changes or implement new processes where required.

What do I need?

  • Able to apply structured decision-making processes and thinking to challenging situations, producing well-considered and credible solutions.
  • Able to demonstrate highly effective communication skills both verbally and in writing.
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills and the ability to present confidently to a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Sound understanding of the business and the brand.
  • Sound understanding of business processes.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to clearly identify trends and opportunities for change.
  • Able to identify continuous improvement opportunities across all business areas.
  • Able to deliver tangible change, visible at both customer and commercial levels.
  • Able to work as a team player and lead a team, sharing findings and best practices.
  • Highly motivated and driven to ensure success in this role.
  • Power BI knowledge advantageous.
