Join Us as Real Estate Development / Assets Manager– UK&IEReady to shape the future of one of the world’s most recognizable brands?We’re searching for an experienced real estate professional to lead the strategic development, optimisation, and long‑term performance of our UK & Ireland property portfolio. If you bring proven expertise in property management, asset management, or real estate development, this is a chance to influence major projects in one of the most dynamic retail and urban markets in the world.WHY YOU WILL LOVE THIS ROLE:You’ll be at the forefront of securing new sites, unlocking development potential, managing planning risk, and ensuring our assets perform at their best. From Central London projects to regional developments, you’ll collaborate with local authorities, landlords, developers, and internal stakeholders to deliver sustainable and commercially strong property outcomes.This is a role for someone who thinks strategically but enjoys being hands‑on with delivery.WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:You’ll thrive in this role if you bring:• 6+ years in property management, asset management, or real estate development• Strong exposure to planning processes and working with local authorities• A background in urban planning, real estate, architecture, law, or business• Experience managing complex, multi‑site portfolios• A strategic mindset with the confidence to lead commercial negotiations and drive deliveryIf you’ve worked within mixed‑use, retail, logistics, commercial, or large portfolio environments in London, your experience will be highly relevant.WHAT YOU WILL DO DAY TO DAY:You will oversee the full lifecycle of our property portfolio, including:Acquisition & Development• Identifying and securing new sites across the UK & Ireland• Leading feasibility studies, due diligence, and commercial negotiations• Managing planning, permitting, and engagement with public authoritiesAsset Management• Enhancing the performance, value, and utilisation of existing assets• Overseeing property obligations, taxes, risks, and compliance• Managing landlord/tenant relationships and shared property agreementsProject Leadership• Coordinating infrastructure, utilities, and development approvals• Partnering with internal teams to ensure seamless project handovers• Championing sustainable, innovative solutions throughout developmentWHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW: Ready to Make a Difference? • Apply Now – Provide us with your CV and a short Cover Letter • Apply by: 20th February 2025• Shortlisted candidates will be invited by email to attend a face-to-face interview or a virtual video interview. • Starting Salary from £58,000.00 per annum based on competence/experience • Full-Time, 39 hours per week, Monday to Friday • Location: Service Office (Wembley) Principles – Hybrid working, 12 days’ workplace presence, of which 8 must be in the Service Office, with the remaining 4 in individuals’ nearest unit.Questions – Reach out to Cheryl Craig – we’re happy to help!?
