About the role
We are seeking a highly motivated individual with strong administrative experience to join Imperial College’s Cystic Fibrosis and Chronic Lung Infections (CF&CLI) group.
Directed by Professor Jane Davies, the group comprises postdoctoral researchers, postgraduate students, research fellows, and clinicians running numerous research projects (https://profiles.imperial.ac.uk/j.c.davies).
You will support the efficient and effective operation of the research administration.
What you would be doing
You will have a key role in the daily administration of the CF&CLI and clinical trials research team, undertaking work disseminated from Professor Jane Davies’ personal assistant.
You will manage a variety of administrative tasks including, assisting in publication submissions, organising meetings, ordering consumables, processing expenses, monitoring and updating clinical research filing records.

- You can communicate effectively at all levels, in person, by telephone and in writing, in a confidential manner
- You have excellent computer and word processing skills
- You can show initiative and manage your own workload

This is a part-time (21 h/w) and a fixed-term contract for 1 year initially based in the Royal Brompton Campus. Expected start date: May 2025
