Location: Willow Brook District Centre Bristol

Shift Hours: Part Time

The link between The Franchise Owner and Subway. Your primary focus is to analyse, audit and support the Owner by protecting the Brand and making their business more profitable. Analysis of data of a pre-assigned patch & area ensuring all company goals are pushed above target and new tools learnt & implemented.

Key Responsibilities

Account Management

  • Own and grow a portfolio of key customer accounts

  • Build senior-level relationships with client stakeholders

  • Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities

  • Ensure high customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term partnerships

  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients

Business Development

  • Identify and pursue new market opportunities and target clients

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets

  • Lead the end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closing

  • Maintain a healthy and accurate sales pipeline

  • Represent the company at industry events, meetings, and networking forums

Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Develop account plans and territory plans

  • Prepare sales forecasts and performance reports

  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align offerings with market needs

  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends

  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

Client & Internal Collaboration

  • Coordinate with operations, finance, and service teams for smooth onboarding and delivery

  • Ensure contracts, proposals, and pricing structures meet company standards

  • Provide market feedback to leadership for strategic planning

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

  • 5+ years of experience in sales, account management, or business development

  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets

  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills

  • Experience managing key accounts and long sales cycles

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • CRM proficiency and strong pipeline management discipline
