Ready to lead the data revolution?

At FunkyPigeon.com we’re looking for a Senior Data & Analytics Manager who’s more than just a whiz with dashboards and SQL—you’re someone who can craft a bold, forward-thinking data strategy and spark a culture where decisions are driven by insight, not instinct.

This is a role with real clout. You’ll lead a tight-knit team of a Senior Insights Analyst and Senior Data Engineer, turning raw data into sharp, actionable insights that fuel smarter decisions across marketing, product, customer experience, and operations. You’ll be the mastermind behind our data roadmap—shaping it, building it, and making sure it delivers.

What You’ll Be Getting Up To:

We’re after someone with that rare blend: commercial acumen, technical know-how, and the kind of stakeholder finesse that can tell the story and earns trust. You know how to spot the story in the numbers—and how to use it to unlock value across the business.

You’ll champion self-serve BI tools, making data accessible and empowering teams to act on it. And you’ll work together with colleagues in Product, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to anticipate needs and deliver solutions that make a difference. Along the way, you’ll uphold the highest standards of data governance and ethics, while keeping an eye out for new tools and sources that give us an edge.

 What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in data and analytics within high-growth ecommerce, retail, or digital business.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive business impact through insight-led strategies, experimentation, and stakeholder influence.
  • Deep understanding of ecommerce metrics, customer behaviour, and digital marketing attribution.
  • Experience building and mentoring high-performing teams, with a focus on senior-level talent.
  • Strong technical skills across data engineering, analytics, and BI (SQL, cloud platforms, modern data stack tools).
  • Familiarity with quantitative and qualitative analysis (UX research a plus), and a clear grasp of data governance, GDPR, and ethical practice.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives on shaping strategy, influencing senior stakeholders, and leading a small but high‑impact data team—not for those looking to stay hands‑on as an analyst or developer.

 Why Join Us?

You’ll be part of a collaborative, curious team that’s shaping the future of personalised cards and gifting. We value fresh ideas, smart thinking, and people who want to make a real impact. With flexibility, support, and a fun, people-first culture—this is a place where your work truly matters.
