Position: Senior Lettings Advisor – 26 hours per week
Basis: 6 months FTC (4 consecutive days)
Salary: £36149 per annum (pro rata)
Location: Mobile Worker, covering Coventry and surrounding areas – may need to travel further if required/Hybrid
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the delivery of a high-quality allocations, lettings, and empty property management service.
- Ensure empty properties are re-let promptly, in line with the allocations policy and agreed performance targets.
- Deliver sustainable lettings through effective shortlisting, eligibility checks, and assessments to help new tenants sustain their tenancies.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with local authorities, particularly around Choice Based Lettings and nomination arrangements.
- Ensure systems and processes operate effectively to deliver excellent customer service and high levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications and experience:
- You will have previous experience working within the housing sector.
- You will understand allocations policies and lettings processes and be confident working to performance targets.
- You’ll be organised, customer-focused, and committed to delivering a high-quality service.
- You’ll be comfortable working with partners and stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes.
