Job Purpose:
The post holder will provide an effective and efficient procurement and stores service to the establishment within strict deadlines. They will accurately collate and process individual orders and deliver within the prison.
Responsibilities:
Deliver an effective, efficient and timeous procurement and stores service.
Contribute towards an effective stock management system.
Entry of accurate data into the Agresso financial computer system.
Unloading and loading of vehicles manually or by mechanical means.
Maintaining accurate, auditable records of all transactions.
To effectively contribute to the Procurement and Stores Team.

Qualifications Requirements
A minimum of 2 National 5 qualifications, including English and Maths or equivalent qualifications.

Knowledge Skills Requirements
Competent in Microsoft Office Packages including Excel, Word, Outlook etc – ESSENTIAL
Experience of working within a stock control area – ESSENTIAL
Proven numeracy skills with an ability to interpret and compare a range of information – ESSENTIAL
Ability to effectively prioritise workload to meet departmental and organisational deadlines – ESSENTIAL
