About the Team
The 17th Century Market Hall stands in the heart of our historic town, a popular destination for both locals and visitors to Warwick.
Market Hall Café
Our thriving café is popular with both locals and visitors to Warwick. Customers can drink in or take away a Monsoon Estates Coffee or try our speciality Golden Monkey teas whilst enjoying our menu of cakes, paninis, sandwiches, and toasties. We have indoor seating, plus outdoor seating in the summer months.
About the Role
Due to increasing demand for our services we are now looking to recruit a Summer Visitor Services Assistant to support our Front of House Cafe team.
Covering our busiest season, the role will be fast paced and varied. From making fresh paninis and serving locally sourced cakes and hot beverages, to serving customers, cleaning tables, and restocking the cafe. Our team goal is to deliver a consistent and enjoyable visitor experience, whilst generating essential income for the service.
Work Pattern
Tues 12:00-15:00, Thurs 12:00-15:00, Fri 12:00-15:00, Sat 12:00-15:00
Days off – Monday, Wednesday, and Sunday.
Key Requirements
Confident working within a team,
Proactive and motivated to deliver excellent customer service within a busy working environment.
Ability to prioritise own workload and to meet deadlines
Good levels of numeracy and literary
Ability to lift and carry objects (up to 12Kg)
