Suspension Officer – Parking Enforcement – £34,417.79 per annum – £15.53 Per Hour – Lambeth.

We are looking for a Suspension Officer to join our team to manage the day-to-day suspension activity of the contract. This will include  liaising with the client, carrying out site visits, creating the relevant signage and installation of the suspension signs.  With the addition of monitoring/managing the online suspension system.
 
What you’ll do:
  • Manage the day-to-day suspension activity of the contract
  • Maintain various spreadsheets and other administrative duties
  • Put up and take down suspension signs in a timely fashion
  • Review, analyse and respond to Suspension Performance data to ensure full compliance with contractual requirements together with Client and company needs.
  • Achieve and ensure acceptable levels of performance in conjunction with Key Performance Indicators for the role
  • Ensure correct procedures with HHC and digital imaging protocols are followed, as laid down in the client and/or Company procedures. 
  • Promote good public relations, provide advice and information concerning parking related matters, whenever asked, in a professional manner.
  • Manage stock levels for all suspension related equipment.
  • Ensure that you maintain the highest level of professionalism and integrity in order to promote best practice to the team.
  • Provide support to the CEOs’ when needed
  • Ensure that all end of shift paperwork is quality and compliance checked and filed in chronological order and archived
 
What you’ll bring:
Excellent customer service
A proactive and flexible attitude
Excellent knowledge of the Lambeth area. 
Good working knowledge of MS office products
Full UK Driving Licence

£34,417.79 per annum – £15.53 Per Hour
