Position Overview

- Support in building UK regional vision and roadmap, working along Marketing Associates looking after UK Brick&Click and UK Luxury Pureplayers as well as local sales teams, Creative, PR, Media and Customer Insights team.
- Develop seasonal marketing campaign with key UK wholesale Core pureplayers partners identifying relevant themes and moments based on business and brand objectives, driving their implementation on Wholesale account
- Creation and execution of brand marketing plans, in collaboration with top partners and cross-functional departments where relevant
- Brief creative teams on assets and formats requirements for Wholesale accounts with our main 2 objectives of omnichannel consistency and brand elevation in mind, ensuring optimal execution
- Coordinate performance marketing campaigns, where relevant
- Manage and monitor annual marketing budget and campaign-related finance and legal processes, including PO and invoice tracking as well as contracts signature, working hand in hand with finance and legal teams
- Reporting
- Track all marketing campaigns and placements, monitoring live dates/coverage, evaluate performance, ensuring relevant KPIs are defined prior campaigns, shared by partners post-campaign and analysed to provide accurate reporting on campaign performance and data-based recommendations for future activities
- Report on performance and learnings to the relevant stakeholders
- On-site brand presentation
- Monitor key wholesale partners’ digital channels conducting monthly site audits focusing on user experience and brand visibility, driving optimization suggestions and leading their implementation
- Manage seasonal digital brand content deployment, ensuring the right content is received and deployed as early as possible in the season
- Ensure full compliance of top tier partners with brand guidelines

- Monitor new ecommerce and marketing trends with pureplayer accounts and industry leaders (i.e: programmatic, social commerce, livestreams, virtual stores, etc), track competitor ecommerce activities and identify opportunities for RL, embracing a test&learn approach
- Be a digital marketing ambassador and help partners and colleagues to act digitally and push digital boundaries
- 1-2 full strategic cycles in a similar position, with digital focus (ideally with ecommerce, digital marketing and omnichannel experience)
- Proven track record of success in project management
- Good understanding of the marcom eco-system online and offline
- Experience and/or interest in Fashion/Luxury is a plus
- Proficiency in reading and analyzing data
- Highly organized and structured, capacity to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously (from start to completion) while meeting deadlines with attention to details
- Strong team spirit with ability to work cross-functions and cross-regions
- Passion and commitment to work in a fast-paced environment with a strong culture of innovation, collaboration, curiosity, problem solving and high quality of execution
- Fluent in English
