Pick Everard are seeking an experienced Senior, Associate or Associate Director of Building Surveying to join us as a leader of the discipline at our Leeds office. You will be supporting and shaping the region’s work as part of the broader offering and as part of a growing, collaborative, multi-disciplinary consultancy. 

This is a unique opportunity for you to be autonomous, and impactful, being able to grow and nurture a department in Leeds and influence the direction of our offering, through business development and strategic activities, alongside a dedicated, supportive team.

About You

Our ideal Associate Director of Building Surveying must be:

  • A Chartered Surveyor with considerable experience in a relevant position, including team management.
  • RICS or MCIOB qualified
  • Have a superior level of technical knowledge and be strong in business development skills
  • Have strong bid writing and presentation skills to clients
  • Have industry knowledge across a variety of sectors

It would be nice for you to have:

  • Ability to control day to day programming and planning of projects
  • Ability to manage, monitor and control workload and resource allocation
  • Ability to monitor progress and expenditure of projects
  • Developed leadership, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
  • Commitment to regular Continuing Professional Development (CPD)
