We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Bid Manager at our growing Leicester office. Joining a supportive network as part of an established central Bids Hub, you can expect to receive valuable training, guidance and genuine scope for career development.
 
We are a leading, national property and construction consultancy, working across sectors, including healthcare, education, commercial, residential, defence and heritage. With Pick Everard, you can expect to be able to diversify your experience and work with some high profile, prestigious clients.
 
In this role, your focus will be on end to end management of some of our most important bids and will allow you to strategically drive the content in them. Our internal specialists within design and management services are heavily bought into the bid process and will give you the time and engagement to support your bids.

About You

Our ideal Bid Manager must have:
 
  • Experience in bid writing and/or bid management
  • Ability to manage own time with multiple tasks and within deadlines
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
  • A self-motivated and proactive approach
  • A drive to win and succeed
 
It would be nice for you to have: 
 
  • An APMP Foundation qualification 
  • An understanding of the construction and property industry
  • Experience of managing a team
