Job Introduction

Here at Liverpool Football Club, we are recruiting for Casual Staffing Assistants to support our match day operation. Working within the Staffing team, you will assist with the operation of staff check in and accreditation, in areas for the catering and hospitality teams. Each match day our staff check-in areas will help to mobilise over 2000 staff members, making it an extremely fast paced environment.

This role will help to assist with the check in of match day staff, issuing accreditation and uniform, storing personal possessions, preparation of our match day team, and ensuring every person meets our presentation and behavior standards. At the end of the match, Staffing Assistants will help with the collection of uniform and the checking out of staff.

 

What will you be doing?

  • Welcome the match day team into the stadium.
  • Assist the staffing team within the check in area.
  • Assist with the co-ordination of the staffing operation.
  • To deliver a concise effective brief if required to members of staff in your area.
  • Strong communication interpersonal and team working skills, with the ability to problem solve.
  • Deal with colleague and customer requests and queries.
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures.

 

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for applicants who can work within a high-pressured, fast paced environment. You must be professional and friendly and have excellent customer service skills.

Previous experience in a customer service or similar staffing role is preferred.
