Overview
Job Purpose and Summary
- This role will work alongside the BU Sales, Marketing, Finance, Biz ops and DRBG Marketing Team to give full support to BU sales and Marketing achievements.
- BU Marketing Manager will develop & initiate all BU marketing requirements in line with the business objectives.
- Lead the fulfillment of all required actions to maintain profitability of the product categories and BU.
- Elaborate, Execute & Assess Budgeting process, P&L monitoring in close collaboration with Finance team for BU.
- Liaise with DRBG BDM’s to get the necessary approvals & alignment to proceed with the activities and actions required for BU.
What we give
- Defines and executes marketing campaigns leading 360-degree planning & execution along with PM team and Trade Marketing team.
- Define KPI’s for actions in line with the business strategy for Product , Demand planning and Trade Marketing teams.
- Responsible for maintaining profitability and P&L management of BU.
- Responsible for Demand planning integration and management.
- Responsible for BU event management, liaise with Sales team in implementation of all activities.
- Responsible for PR (in liaison in CCMS) & product reviews management.
- Will lead the management of Product Marketing , Demand planning and Trade marketing team.
- Budget planning in liaison with PM & Sales, spend monitoring &control management.
- Closely work with functions to ensure smooth operation and support to BU Marketing.
- Liaison with DBRG HQ and Central Marketing team .

Previous Experience and Education:
- 4+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Superior communication in written and spoken English (Essential), Arabic and French an advantage.
- Advanced MS Office, particularly Excel and Power Point (Essential).
