Job Purpose and Summary
We’re looking for curious and innovative CRM Campaign Specialist that can collaborate across the business to drive forward our CRM Campaigns. You will be the lead on data-driven campaign planning, creative development, implementation and optimisation: tactical and trigger-based communications. The role covers EMEA markets and language variants. This is a fixed term contract of 12 months.
As CRM Campaign Specialist you will be responsible for:
• CRM Strategy and Planning.
• Grow and monetize the base while improving the quality and depth of customer information.
• Manage key agencies and third parties.
• Champion CRM within the organization.
• Budget management.
• Manage and work with stakeholders across the business: data and analytics, campaign and channel marketing, ecommerce, customer experience, content and pro marketing.
• Own product launch campaigns, lifecycle comms, data-driven adoption and testing new martech opportunities.

Salary: between £36,685 and £43,159 dependent on experience

What we ask
• At least +2-4 years’ experience in planning and implementing CRM campaigns.
• Creative thinker and problem solver.
• Team player with a ‘can do’ attitude and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to create and deliver direct communications strategies (acquisition and retention) and plans with an international brand (client and/or agency side) is essential.
• Curious about insight and data. Able to create and share campaign performance metrics and web analytics.
• Experience with campaign management tools (salesforce an advantage), database marketing techniques, loyalty program development and CRM technologies.
• Interest or experience with photography.
