Salary: £24,465 – £25,515 (dependant on experience)

Our Warwick branch are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join their team! This is a 12 month opportunity.

The role involves helping people by having lots of different conversations with our diverse range of customers, supporting them through our range of products and resolving any queries they may have. Building relationships with them and understanding what services suit their needs will be important. Being a team player is really important as well as being a role model to the team.

The role also includes taking responsibility by finding resolutions, and sometimes dealing with more sensitive or challenging situations. It’s also important to keep up to date with our policies and procedures so that knowledge can be shared with others. Supporting all our customers in different ways by taking telephone calls when required and dealing with administration enquiries are also parts of the role.

For this role you’ll already be in a customer service focused role with good experience of helping others.

Excellent communication skills with the confidence to talk to lots of different people will be important and you’ll already have experience of dealing with more challenging and / or complex customers’ enquiries in a careful and sensitive way. 

You’ll be positive, flexible and be a good team player with the ability to support and guide your team.
