Responsibilities:
General support across accounts;
- Manage NPD, GWP NLFs and Funding Forms for all accounts ensuring they are complete to each of the account’s relevant deadlines.
- Download NPD Assets and Social Toolkits for all launches and key campaigns ensuring they are ready to share with retailers by their required deadlines.
- Renaming Assets for relevant retailers
- Conduct site audits and screenshots.
- Product send outs.
Team Support:
- Raise PO’s where required.
- Manage Friends & Family reviews for NPD and core sku’s
- Sending samples to family and friends for NPD launches
- Managing reviews across on core sku’s on sites which do not syndicate review, flagging sku’s that need a boost in reviews and sending samples for reviews for these lines.
- Ensuring friends and family are posting reviews and chasing where necessary.
- Own organisation of gratis cupboard including ordering stock, sending orders & tracking availability & spend vs budget.
- Adhoc support across accounts.
