Pick Everard are looking for talented Graduates to join us in our Bury St Edmunds office!

Are you graduating this year and looking for your first role as a Graduate Building Surveyor within the Built Environment?
 
As a Graduate Building Surveyor you’ll be involved in the preparation of surveys, reports and contract documents. The role will require you to provide support to the wider Building Surveying Team on the delivery of major projects across different sectors such as commercial, residential, schools and hospitals; offering you variety and challenge very early on in your career. In everything you do you will be supported by a team with extensive experience in the industry who are keen to share their knowledge. 

 

Our Early Careers Development Scheme is a two year programme in which we will support your development in becoming a successful professional within the industry. You will receive structured support with chartership, technical training and professional membership from our internal mentors as you work towards achieving your professional accreditation.

About You

Our ideal Graduate Building Surveyor must have: 

  • A degree of 2:1 or above in Building Surveying (Expected/Achieved) 
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to collaborate and work effectively in a team
It would be nice for you to have:
  • Commitment to Continued Professional development looking to achieve MRICS statutes within 3-4 years
  • Ability to work to deadlines and manage time with multiple tasks
