Group Brand & Digital Marketing Director

Full-Time, Permanent

Maidenhead, Berkshire (Hybrid Working – 3 days in office)

Salary: Up to £130,000 per annum

The Role

Reporting directly to our Chief Commercial Officer, you will spearhead the strategic vision for our Group Brand and Digital initiatives. Your mandate will include crafting innovative strategies, driving development efforts, and executing comprehensive plans to enhance our brand presence and digital footprint.

In this pivotal role, you will be tasked with orchestrating the full spectrum of activities, ranging from formulating digital and brand strategies to fine-tuning growth blueprints and fostering robust consumer connections.

This position offers a distinct and dynamic opportunity to shape both our Digital and National Brand strategies, culminating in measurable gains across our product portfolio and customer offering.

  • Development and ownership of Digital and Brand Strategies to drive acquisition and growth.
  • Building national brand equity and driving sales conversion through earned and paid media channels and ownership of onsite conversion.
  • Crafting consumer Go-to-market campaigns to generate interest and conversion.
  • Developing and optimising Group social channel strategy including content generation.
  • Collaborating with the broader marketing team to ensure consistency and scale.
  • Measuring and analysing campaign data to assess successes, return on investment and identify areas for innovations and improvement

What we’re looking for:

✔️ National brand and digital performance marketing experience
✔️ Experience of successfully building, implementing and maintaining large scale brand change programmes
✔️ Working in large B2C environments
✔️ Proven success in large-scale change and growth initiatives
✔️ Exceptional partner management skills and exposure to senior leadership teams
✔️ Strong critical thinking and data-driven decision-making skills
