What You'll Be Doing

 

Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of legal activities, from managing complex governance arrangements and government contracts to negotiating future investment and third party financing.

 

You'll dive deep into understanding and safeguarding intellectual property rights, while ensuring compliance with regulatory and corporate compliance obligations.

 

Your role will also involve providing proactive legal advice, drafting and negotiating contracts, and staying ahead of legislative changes that may impact our business.

 

 

Who You Are

You're a qualified solicitor admitted in England and Wales, equipped with at least 2 years relevant post-qualification experience.

Your legal acumen is well-rounded, but experience in projects, finance or commercial law will be an advantage.

You thrive working in a dynamic team environment either in-house or private practice, being able to meet the projects’ deadlines and manage work priorities.

You're adaptable and open to developing expertise in various legal areas, always ready to support cross-functional teams.

 

You take a pragmatic approach to your advice and can identify risk, mitigations and present suitable options to the business balancing risk and reward.

 

You enjoy developing relationships with key stakeholders and can develop credibility quickly,  displaying professionalism in everything you do.
