Intent and passionate to create an unforgettable experience for our diners, we are looking for a Lounge Waiter with a fabulous and engaging personality to join our growing Lounge and Bar team.
The Victoria Lounge and Bar, featured as Restaurant Brighton’s Best Place to enjoy Afternoon Tea three years running and in the Top 10 Best Places for cocktails voted by the local community, is at the centre of a thousand tales, the location of a million memories and a champion for all things Brighton & Hove.
The primary focus of your role is to deliver fantastic, personal and memorable service to every guest, predominantly serving our famous Afternoon Tea on the terrace, but supporting with a first-class service for lunch and dinner, the perfect placement of an expertly created cocktail or an exactly executed latte – whenever you work, you’ll perform each service with flair and style!

Our Story
Built on decades of hotelier know-how, we are part of the Fattal Hotels Group, which operates over 230 hotels across Europe and Israel. We look after over 50 hotels across the UK & Ireland and have plans for major expansion over the next few years’; there’s never been a more exciting time to join us!
