Position: Night Concierge
Location: 1 Ebury Square
Working Hours: 4 days on, 4 days off 1900 – 0700
Salary: £29,640 per annum (depending on experience)

Development Details:
This role will be based at a flagship development located in SW1 close to Victoria Station and Sloane Square Station. The development consists of 71 high end, residential apartments and also consists of luxury facilities such as a residents’ gym and spa, valet parking service and 24-hour concierge.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements:
As a Concierge at Rendall & Rittner, you will:
- Passionate about creating a positive and safe environment for residents, guests, and the team.
- Expert in customer service, using this expertise to lead, engage, and inspire others.
- Proactive in seeking opportunities to drive the performance of the development.
- Skilled in handling feedback effectively in the moment, serving as the main point of contact for all queries.
- Values and supports the team, building strong working relationships with residents, guests, and external contractors.
- Has a track record of delivering great customer service, managing complaints, working safely, and thriving in a team environment.
- You’ll hold a driving licence with an excellent road safety record. (Due to the specific nature of this role and the conditions of our vehicle insurance policy, all applicants must be aged 25 years+ and have held a full UK/EU driving licence for a minimum of two years).
