We are currently recruiting for a Plant Supervisor to join our fantastic team in Sevenoaks.

In the role of Plant Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring safe and efficient operations by managing employees and contractors to exceed standards in safety, quality, customer service, volume and cost
- Ensuring close liaison, understanding and team working between factory operatives to achieve factory performance targets and production schedules
- Provide strong leadership in your area of responsibility and ensure deadlines are met
- Take leadership in identifying and implementing initiatives that provide Continuous Improvement and Best Practice and assist the Site Manager in implementing and sustaining CI & Best practice
- Provide close and effective management for activities at the factory to ensuring SHE conformance
- Assist in operating the items of plant & equipment, providing cover where necessary to maintain continuity of the operational activities.
The ideal candidate for Plant Supervisor will have experience within a similar role as well as:
- Guided a team to produce high quality products whilst maintaining the plant
- Experience of working within a fast moving factory/manufacturing environment
- Ability to learn new production techniques
- Knowledge of OEE and how to implement and drive improvements
- Maximisation of BOM’s
- Budgetary experience
- Lean manufacturing
