Job Description

We are a dynamic and innovative engineer and manufacturing company, committed to delivering cutting-edge solutions to our clients. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented and experienced  Project Manager to join our team.

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of internal software projects. From project initiation to completion, you will lead and coordinate project planning, resource allocation, progress tracking, and people management. Your goal will be to ensure that project results meet high standards in terms of technical quality, reliability, schedule, and cost.

Key responsibilities

  • Project Planning and Coordination:

    • Manage small to medium-scale projects or small program(s) of projects.

    • Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

    • Collaborate with Product Owners to understand project objectives and key deliverables.

    • Establish project baselines, including scope, milestones, deadlines, and resource requirements.

  • Project Execution and Monitoring:

    • Support projects through a formal software development process.

    • Lead risk management efforts for project teams.

    • Monitor project costs and resource forecasts using our custom software tools.

    • Provide regular status updates against project roadmaps and iterations.

  • Stakeholder Engagement and Relationship Building:

    • Foster strong relationships with project stakeholders.

    • Champion the organization’s values and future-oriented mindset.

  • Continuous Improvement and Documentation:

    • Identify opportunities for process improvement.

    • Capture lessons learned to enable continuous enhancement.

    • Contribute to documentation for new or improved processes, products, and services.

Key requirements

  • Higher education qualification or equivalent professional experience is essential.

  • A recognized qualification in project management (e.g., APM, PRINCE2) is desirable.

  • Proven track record of successful management and delivery of projects.

  • Proficiency in project management tools and techniques, including Agile methodologies.
