Great! Because we are currently recruiting for such a person to join our team as a Receptionist at a leading French Bank based in the City.

This dynamic role is part of a team 2, who take care of the client journey, reception desk, meeting room management and ad hoc admin duties at the site. 
You be able to showcase your multi-tasking skills by balancing the needs of visiting guests with the other elements of the role.  
You will also be able to show off your effervescent personality. Because we need someone that is conscious of the perfect balance between a personal, yet professional service and an understanding of the demands and expectations that need to be met within a professional services environment. Someone with a can-do attitude and the ability to tackle any challenge thrown at them will fit in perfectly. As there is such a large emphasis on the meet and greet elements of the role, this must come as second nature to you and you will have the ability to communicate, liaise and build rapport with absolutely anyone!

Experience within a similar role is essential, preferably within a professional services environment.

Hours: 40 hours per week, between 7am-7pm Mon-Fri
Salary: £28,000 per annum

Applicants must have a proven track record in delivering outstanding 5-star service within either a customer service or hospitality environment. 

We are looking for individuals who excel with people and for whom, nothing is too much. Applicants must have knowledge of all MS office applications and basic IT skills.
