Our Opportunity
Due to our continued growth, Pick Everard are looking for an ambitious Senior Principal Designer/Senior Health and Safety Construction Consultant to lead and shape a diverse range of projects in London and throughout the region.
Our excellent teams work on a wide variety of schemes as part of a multi-disciplinary practice, delivering Principal Designer and CDM services for a growing list of clients. As a senior member of the team, you will be able to add real value and impact within the business. A huge part of the role is delivering services to our clients with the help of your expert knowledge. You will be contributing to business development, ultimately being the driving force in helping move the discipline forward within the industry.
About You
Our ideal Senior Health and Safety Consultant must have:
- Comprehensive knowledge of Construction, Design and Management (CDM) Regulations 2015
- Security clearance or ability to obtain security clearance, due to the sensitivity of the projects
- Practical experience in managing or providing dedicated CDM / H&S advisor services/role
- Experience in either construction site safety or design (Architecture, Engineering, Surveying etc.)
- NEBOSH National Certificate in Construction Health and Safety preferred (or equivalent)
- Professional qualification in a construction, engineering, building surveying or building services discipline
- Recognised membership of a proven Health & Safety organisation
- An excellent self-motivated, friendly, efficient, and enthusiastic attitude
- Achieved/Working Towards: NEBOSH Diploma, NCRQ Diploma, NCRQ Diploma, NVQ L5. Design / Construction Degree
