The Role and the Team

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Partner Manager to join the team and help us drive best in market offers for our members. As Senior Partner Manager you’ll build, maintain, and optimise partner relationships within our Holidays & Travel category.

What You’ll Do

  • Effectively manage key client accounts within our Holidays & Travel category, ensuring client satisfaction, retention and growth
  • Develop and execute strategies that support mutual growth, through key initiatives such as increasing member discounts, expanding into new channels, improved attribution methods and enhanced commercial agreements
  • Confidently negotiate commercial agreements, both with new partners and existing partners, ensuring a ‘member-first’ approach
  • Maintain excellent relationships with existing partners ensuring our offers are market-leading
  • Monitor the performance of partner programs making data-informed recommendations for optimisation
  • Work collaboratively with our marketing/CRM teams to agree marketing plans
  • Report on sales pipeline and KPIs, ensuring that acquisition and conversion targets are met
  • Be responsible for supporting and developing a direct report to ensure delivery on category strategies

What You’ll Bring

  • Notable experience of partner management or account management within the Holidays & Travel industry, with excellent relationship nurturing skills
  • Proven success in negotiating commercial contracts
  • Ability to think strategically and develop a holistic plan that delivers business objectives
  • Knowledge to inspire and develop a high performing team, prior people management experience is desirable but not essential
  • Analytical mindset, using data for decision-making and influencing
  • Ability to work within a fast-paced environment
  • Experience of working cross functionally with stakeholders from multiple departments including Product, Marketing, CRM, & Finance to drive business change and growth
  • Previous experience working with affiliate networks would be an advantage
