Senior Shop Manager
Salary: £25,959 to £29,217 per annum
Hours: 37.5 per week, Monday to Sunday
Location: Crayford, DA1 4ES
(you will be required to work and travel to other retail shops)
Are you a retail Manager looking for a development opportunity within a multi-site environment?
As a Senior Shop Manager, you will have a background in retail and have experience in a multi-site environment. You will lead the shop managers across the different retail shops to drive sales to achieve strategic objectives and targets.

Key Responsibilities of the role include:
- Collaborate with the Head of Retail to plan, set, and manage the annual retail operating budget, taking corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure your teams are delivering as per the strategic plan and in line with company policies and procedures.
- Monitor and evaluate the commercial performance of each shop with your remit and E-commerce division, reporting to the Head of Retail regularly.
- Oversee retail property management matters, ensuring compliance and maintenance of property databases.
Essential requirements:
- Proven experience in managing, supporting and resourcing a geographically dispersed team through setting and monitoring objectives and targets.
- Proven experience in managing and setting budgets.
- A good understanding of retail management and the challenges of working within the voluntary sector.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Good organisation and planning skills with the ability to manage and prioritise workload.
