Shop Manager
Salary: £ 18,162.86 – £18,992.51 (Depending on Experience)
Hours: 30 hours per week
Monday to Sunday working 4 out of 7 days per week.
Location: Rochester, ME1 1LD
Do you have great customer service, a friendly and approachable manner and retail experience? If so, we are looking for someone just like you!
As a Manager, you will have a background in retail and be able to prioritise a changing workload. You will work with a team of volunteers to achieve targets.

Key responsibilities of the role include:
- Maintaining high levels of standards within the store.
- Sorting donations, pricing and displaying products.
- Cash handling, and banking duties.
- Managing volunteers, staff, and daily tasks.
- Training staff and volunteers on correct procedures.
- Supporting other sites and events as required.
Essential requirements:
- Experience managing a team and staff in a retail background.
- Previous keyholder responsibilities
- Cash management experience.
