Portico are on the lookout for a Welcome Host, to join an innovative and creative Front of House team at one of the most prestigious sites in London.
As a corporate Welcome Host you will be the first point of contact for visitors, clients and staff, demonstrating the highest level of customer service and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities as a Welcome Host are to provide a warm welcome with a friendly face assisting the students, staff, visitors and externals. General duties include providing information & directions, Issuing temporary keys cards, redirecting calls through switchboard, assisting with LBS events, registrations, LBS Shop cover, Lobby host.
Shift details: 40 hours a week, five shifts Mon – Sun 8:30 – 5:30
Salary: £28,560
Applicants must have a proven track record in delivering outstanding 5-star service within either a customer service or hospitality environment.
We are looking for individuals who excel with people and for whom, nothing is too much.
