We are currently looking for an experienced Key Account Co-ordinator to join our friendly team in Wolverhampton.

Here at Tarmac, we are working hard to create a dynamic and inclusive environment and it’s important that our people come from a variety of different backgrounds, therefore prior technical experience isn’t always necessary for success.

In the role of Key Account Co-ordinator you will be responsible for:

  • To be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with a portfolio of key account customers
  • Work alongside the Key Account Managers to develop, manage and maintain these relationships
  • Responsible for quote generation and order processing for your portfolio of accounts which will also include first line complaint and dispute handling.
  • Provide customers will exceptional, best in class customer service

The ideal candidate for the role of Key Account Co-ordinator will have experience of:

  • Proven track record in a Customer Service environment
  • Self-motivated with excellent communication skills
  • Customer focused
  • Clear and concise communication
  • Target Driven
  • Able to build relationships and trust by providing solutions
  • Effective use of questioning and listening to establish customer needs
