Are you an ambitious and skilled Senior Account Manager looking for an exciting opportunity to showcase your talents and make a significant impact in a global health and hygiene industry? Look no further! We are seeking a dynamic and proactive individual to join our team as a Senior Account Manager, leading and growing our content production business for one of our largest and most prestigious clients.
As the Senior Account Manager, you will be the day-to-day partner for our global health and hygiene client, managing larger and more complex projects with ease. Your ability to think ahead and identify potential issues before they arise will set you apart in this role. You will collaborate with internal teams, managing expectations, and implementing contingency plans to ensure seamless project delivery.
Client Partnership: Develop close relationships with clients, foster trust, and demonstrate your ability to deliver exceptional results, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Global Content Production: Lead and grow our content production business for the client across their global business units, managing the production of eCommerce assets and SEO-optimized eContent for global retailers.
Center of Excellence Collaboration: Work closely with our Center of Excellence team in Poland to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of projects, building strong relationships and enhancing collaboration.
Operational Efficiency: Collaborate with the project manager in the Poland team to review briefs, assess timelines, scope alignment, and manage resource capacity for the content production team.
Communication Hub: Serve as the key communication link between client governance based in London and all operational offshore teams, ensuring seamless coordination and efficient project execution.
eCommerce Expertise: Bring your expertise in eCommerce and content production to deliver best-in-class solutions to the client and drive revenue growth for the agency.
Leadership Collaboration: Partner with the Senior Account Director and leadership team to scale solutions and optimize efficiencies for both the agency and the client.
Proven experience as a successful Senior Account Manager, handling complex projects and building strong client relationships.
Expertise in eCommerce and content production, with a track record of delivering high-quality results.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and clients.
Strong problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and solution-focused approach.
